Hi, I’m Jessica

A Northwoods local who has spent most of my working life helping small businesses do what they do best.

Over the years, I’ve worked for and alongside successful small businesses in many different roles — sales, customer service, invoicing, paperwork, marketing, organization, problem-solving, and just about everything in between. I’ve seen firsthand how much work happens behind the scenes to keep a business running, and I know how quickly all of those little things can pile up.

I’ve also spent years in management, handling customer relationships, sales, accounts, reporting, forecasting, collections, and the day-to-day details that keep a business moving forward. I’m comfortable jumping between the office, the customer, and the unexpected — because in a small business, that’s usually what the day requires.

Around here, small business is personal.

Your customers know you. Your reputation matters. And most business owners are doing the work of three or four people before lunch. I understand that, because I’ve worked inside businesses where flexibility, dependability, and getting the job done really matter.

That’s exactly why I started Northwoods Business Support.

I wanted to offer local business owners someone they could count on when they simply need another set of capable hands. Maybe the invoices are stacking up. Maybe the paperwork is taking over the desk. Maybe you need help with organization, customer communication, social media, marketing materials, or just keeping things on track behind the scenes.

I’m practical, dependable, and I genuinely enjoy helping bring order to the chaos. I believe in clear communication, honest work, and treating your business with the same care and respect I would want someone to give my own.
